The Administrative Capital contracts with French Atos to manage, maintain and sell smart technology services in the city

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development and the French company Atos signed a memorandum of understanding with the aim of starting the procedures for establishing a joint company to manage, maintain, market and sell smart technology services in the new administrative capital.

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development aims to enhance its technological capabilities by establishing a technological infrastructure based on communications networks, data centers and advanced management applications.

The Administrative Capital for Urban Development Company explained that due to the importance of permanent maintenance and enhancing the sustainability processes of what has been implemented, the company "Atos International" was chosen as a strategic partner that contributes to management, maintenance, marketing, selling smart services, building human cadres, and transferring technical knowledge through joint Egyptian-French investments and competencies.

The Egyptian state attaches great importance to the development of the new administrative capital, which it considers a major qualitative leap in real estate development in Egypt, and hopes that it will be an outlet for the old capital, which was crowded with the largest population mass in the country.

It is expected that the Egyptian government departments will start transferring some of their employees to work from the new administrative capital during the current year, provided that the transfers will continue during the subsequent periods.

The Egyptian state is also trying to market new real estate in the Administrative Capital by participating in many real estate exhibitions around the world, providing a lot of payment facilities and providing many residential, commercial and administrative spaces, in order to meet the needs of Arabs and foreigners wishing to own and rent real estate units.
