Al-Tayseer Contracting and Decoration Company was established in 1998, as well as Scope Group for real estate development and marketing in 2010, in addition to Akl for Engineering Construction, which is one of the major engineering consultancy offices in Egypt and the Arab world, and its most important works are:

- The first contractor in the Fifth Settlement in the youth housing project in partnership with Atlas General Contracting Company, a public sector company in the year 2000.
- Contractor for a project of 208 villas in Delta, Sharm El Sheikh.
- Contractor of the New Alexandria project with the Tenth of Ramadan Association in 2002.
- Cooperation with Maadi for Urban Development and Reconstruction in several general contracts.
- The first iron distributor in partnership with Queen Service Company of the army in 2008.
